Joining the CCUA
Contact any board member via email. We will be happy to share our meeting schedule with you and also invite you to our annual IHSA Certification Clinic. Please let us know if a current CCUA member referred you to our organization. CLICK the blue button below to pay for your membership.
Instructions for Paying Membership Fees in PayPal Click on the blue MEMBERSHIP STORE button above to JOIN OR RENEW.
- IHSA Umpires who are joining the CCUA for THE FIRST TIME: Choose the CCUA Introductory Membership and click on the picture of the item for a description and instructions. This introductory membership includes the Certified IHSA Level 1 & 2 Clinic.
- Please read and follow the On-Line Store instructions to join the CCUA as a new member!
- ALL New CCUA Members should send us an email with the following information: Name, home address, contact number, IHSA Number. If a current member referred you to us, please include the NAME OF THE PERSON WHO DIRECTED YOU TO US IN THIS EMAIL!!
- Send all of the required information to this Email address: mike.maslowski@ccuaumps.com
- Make sure the Quantity box shows "1" and double-click Add to Bag.
- Click GO TO CHECKOUT
- Enter your contact phone number, your home address and include your email address in the requested field.
- After you confirm that your information in correct - click on CHECKOUT.
- Fill in your name as it appears on your credit card. Be sure to enter your COMPLETE address information!
- Again, Confirm your info is correct and click on the "Pay with PayPal" button.
- You might be prompted to: "Yes, Accept Cookies" (Press the button to accept).
- You DO NOT NEED to Log In to PayPal (Unless you want to use your personal PaylPal account).
- Press the Create an Account Button - fill in your credit card information (don't forget your preferred address & phone number)
- Press the "Continue button" at the bottom of the page.
- Check your email to see if you have received a receipt.

- Existing Members who wish to pay for the current season membership renewal:
- Select the FULL membership renewal item and click the picture of the item for a description/instructions.
- Umpires who wish to do college games ONLY for the CCUA, should select "Adjunct College Membership" and click on the picture of the item for a full description.
- If you are working BOTH high school and college ball - select the FULL membership only! $40 covers you for both assignment types
- Make sure the Quantity box shows "1" and double-click Add to Bag.
- Click GO TO CHECKOUT.
- Double-Check your cart - make sure you have only 1 membership purchased. If you are paying for other members, please be sure to select the correct quantity and send us an email with the names of the officials you are paying for.
